About Us
Bardia Public School P&C Association formed in May 2021 in response to a rapidly growing community of students, parents, teachers and community members.
Our focus is supporting projects that directly benefit the students' learning experience at Bardia Public School.
From lobbying for increased safety measures around the school, donating classroom resources and building connection between parents and the community, the P&C Association are there working in the background to make a real difference.
We are a passionate group of volunteers who give our spare time to be involved
Studies have shown that parents who are involved with a child's school environment increases positive outcomes for the student, socially and academically.
About Our Membership
Membership of the Bardia Public School P&C Association is open to all parents and guardians of students attending the school, and to all citizens. Bardia Public School P&C Association is always keen to welcome new members who can represent students’ interests and that of the local community.
- Meetings are held on the first Wednesday of each month at 6:30pm in the school's library. Bardia Public School P&C Association operates sub-committees where your contribution would be greatly appreciated.
- Annual membership is $5 and gives you eligibility to be involved in the decision making of Bardia Public School P&C Association.
- When you become a financial member, you agree to follow the the Governance and Guidance as adopted by Bardia Public School P&C Association.
- Copies of these materials are available from the Bardia Public School P&C Association Secretary at each meeting of the P&C Association.
You are recognised as a financial member of the Bardia Public School P&C Association after the meeting closes at which you submit your payment. The Treasurer shall issue you a receipt for this payment, you should retain the receipt for the current P&C Association year as proof of your membership.
